While property is definitely not a 4 star hotel and has worn furnishings, the sheets were clean and in good condition and the entire room was very clean and functional. It met my needs for a clean place to stay for a quick overnight pass through the area on the way to University of Wisconsin when I did not want to pay high rates during graduation weekend there. The owner or manager was very attentive and concerned...

"Room was clean and comfortable. I now understand that the "micro" in Microtel means smaller rooms with less to heat or cool. As with many hotels/motels, one side fronts on a busy highway and parking lot. Next time, I'll ask for a room on the opposite side."
