"Very nice condition, but the conditions under which they offer those conditions are unbearable. Very rude staff when they manage to speak English (rarely) and very cumbersome when they can’t. Would not return again"

"A short walking distance to the Seomyeon subway station, with lots of eateries around. Room was clean and reasonably spacious. Concierge was helpful. "

"The hotel was in a great location, close to BIFF square and within walking distance to lots of different attractions. With it being on the Main Street there was some level of noise from outside but nothing we found disruptive. Only feedback would be the motion sensor light near the door/corridor would turn on everytime we turnt in the night! "

"I could not fault or stay at this hotel. The gym was fantastic. The swimming pool was amazing and we had a superior room which was very large for three of us and beautiful. We had a sea view and really enjoyed the stay. I saw the Expedia reviews when I booked this hotel and was surprised it got a 9.6 but it’s definitely worth that"

"Great alternating breakfast selection daily. Staff was friendly and useful. Room came with all you needed, good water pressure in shower. A/C took a little effort to work but overall good air temperature. "

"Our first time staying at this Busan area, was disappointed with the property (compared to the pictures we saw online). Didn’t know the building was this old, it’s hard to find. (We entered the building and didn't even see signs says the hotel name or where the reception was, obviously it wasn’t on the first floor nor at the front). This looks more like the US apartment type to me. Only thing we appreciate was at least the cleanliness in our room was decent. I’m not sure if all other hotels in the area are similar, I think next time we will just stay at the Haeundae area. "
