"Beautiful view and extremely awesome staff"

"We both agreed that this is one of the top hotels we've stayed in. Staff are keen to help and always polite. The room was immaculate, and sea view was superb. As this was only a short stay while we passed through Busan we spent most of the days out and didn't have time to explore all the amenities on offer inside the hotel. Location is fantastic, however, and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer."

"Checkin staff is courteous and room is always clean. Starbucks and CU convenience store just next to the hotel. Pocha just round the corner. Busan station is 2-3 minutes away from the hotel. Very good location. Hope there will be a big shopping mall near Busan station in the near future. "

"Pros: location is in Seomyeon no lack of food choices all around the hotel. There’s cafe and convenience store right at level 1. Clean and spacious, TV is smart and comes with Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus app etc. Cons: centralized aircon system = need to open window for ventilation. However the design of windows in bathroom means it is very cold when you head to showers. Also, there’s a lot of nightlife activities way into the early morning 3-4am so opening window also means you need to be prepared for the noise coming from the street. I suppose if you stay at this hotel in the summer where AC is self-controlled it will be a 5-star stay."
