"Our room was clean, Staff not very welcoming from the day we checked in. I also find it very weird for a hotel room to not have a simple coffee maker or even wine glasses. When my husband went to ask for wine glasses at the front desk, they told him the hotel doesn't provide those and he can check if the bar can give him glasses. Uhh the bar gave him plastic disposable cups to use. Plus never had a hotel charge $600 as a holding that's insane."

"The room is a little older some chipped paint but shower was good pressure beds and pillows comfortable, room had enough space. No issue with elevator at all and we were on 47th floor. Other than that its a great location the subway is steps away and had no noise at night. "

"Definitely more ideal for the business traveler rather than families (The rooms themselves were a little too small for family travel, and we'll be sure to take note of that size when booking future rooms) The room we got was leaking water in the bathroom and kept us up for the first night. To the staff's credit, they moved us to another room, but the front desk clerk barely showed any human traits of concern or empathy as she was doing it. The keycards weren't the best quality for us (or some of the other travelers) and caused issues in the elevator. We did not take part in Breakfast since it was an exorbitant additional charge - It was far cheaper (even by NYC standards) to just eat at one of the dozens of places around the block. The central location in Manhattan was a great convenience though, so I would give credit for that."

"The hotel is located very conveniently to plenty of things. It is clean and well run. Had some issues with the shower turning on and draining, but otherwise the room was satisfactory too!"
