"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

Details around the hotel take it to another level and feel so exclusive. If we ever visit Palma again this is where we would stay. Rooftop pool views and vibe were superb! Also, the restaurant was top notch and do eat there if you can."

The property itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant rooms, excellent amenities, and a perfect location for exploring Palma. The rooftop experience deserves special recognition. The drinks were expertly prepared, the ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed, and the views over the city and the sea were simply spectacular. A special mention goes to the rooftop Smashburger, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and surprisingly one of the best burgers we’ve had during our travels. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines exceptional service, professional hospitality, outstanding food and beverages, and a memorable rooftop experience, Es Princep is an excellent choice. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palma de Mallorca."

Breakfast was the only disappointment as it consisted of a limited cold buffet (no fresh vegetables and mainly pastries, cold meats and cheese) and an à la carte menu, which didn’t change daily. It offered few choices for those with dietary restrictions. Frustrating to have to wait for my first coffee of the day, as this was waiter served only."

Perfect for myself and two grown children. The breakfast is very good. Beautiful location on Placa Cort, can walk to everything. Staff was very welcoming and helpful."
