"This hotel is an absolute stunner! Itâs in the best location for relaxation and close to everything. It was a pleasure to be able to walk into historic Parma. The service was exceptional as was the staff."
"The hotel is located in a very good area. It was safe, clean and quiet. We slept very well! The staff was so kind. We always had clean towels and our room was cleaned daily.
Luciano helped us get our dinner reservation last minute. Check in and check out was very smooth.
Beatnik is the restaurant/bar on property which we would end up at after a day of exploring. Alex and Jonan took great care of us and always made sure our glasses were full. The DJ and decor provided a nice chill vibe!
