"Super location for trans and train ( to Monaco) very quiet supermarket and eats nearby yes it is basic but very good value for a place to stay super view of the sea the tram is 10 stops to the main centre we felt it was better to stay here in the peace and quiet"

"Room was clean, air conditioning strong, breakfast passable not great. We were shocked that, despite having an airport Van, they could not take us to the airport at 9:30 AM! We had to walk with large suitcases to a stop about 200 yards away."

"Hotel is ideally located for flights out of Nice airport. It is a easy walk across the street. The staff was very helpful. They held a airport package cart overnight for us for our early morning flight."

"Air conditioning didn’t work. Staff didn’t respond to calls. Had to go downstairs 3 times until they sent someone to take a look at our a/c; they made it work but it only lasted 1/2 hr. No other rooms available. When I complain the manager in the morning he just turned from me and walked away."

My travelling companion had problems with water in bathroom on two days of the four we spent there. Breakfast was fine except no freshly squeezed juice and instant decaffeinated coffee. Staff all very pleasant and helpful to us, thank you."
