The luxurious Villa Carpe Diem is located in Rovanjska under the Velebit Mountain overlooking the beautiful Adriatic Sea. The sandy beach is only 400 m away from the villa, and the unforgettable sunsets will enrich your every day.

The newly built villa can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 10 people. All rooms are air-conditioned and covered with wireless internet. On the ground floor there is a spacious sun soaked living room connected to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy the sea view from the comfort of the living room and the two bedrooms upstairs. On the first floor there are a total of four bedrooms - three bedrooms have double box spring beds, and the children's room has 2 bunk beds. The villa has plenty seating areas where you can relax and enjoy. On the roof terrace there is also covered seating lounge area, and there is more garden furniture in the garden, as well as 8 sun loungers beside the pool. The 32 m2 pool is an excellent solution for quick refreshments, and there is also an outdoor grill on the charcoal and an outside dining table. The fully fenced plot has 3 parking spaces. Children will enjoy a small children's playground, and adults can have fun with the billiards and darts or keep the shape on the treadmill.
