"This was one of the most stressful rental experiences I’ve ever had. After 9 hours of travel, our group arrived and could not get into the property because the managers didn’t have the correct entry code. We were locked out for hours. Some of our group gave up, booked a different rental, and left. The rest of us waited for a promised call back that never came.When we finally reached someone, the “solution” offered was to look for an alternate way in, which led to us entering through a pet door. We were later offered the option to cancel due to the inconvenience, which we accepted. The follow-up communication from the management team was dismissive and unhelpful, adding to the frustration.While the house itself was fine, the handling of our stay was unacceptable. Future guests should know that the support we received was slow, unprepared, and unprofessional from start to finish."
