"The woman at the front desk was lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms, however, were not great. The first room I was put in, there was no bath plug, no microwave, and no refrigerator even though those things were advertised when the room was booked. The bath was also running when I walked in for the first time. The second room, there was also no bath plug, microwave, or fridge, and this time the bath looked like it still needed to be cleaned. The third room had a bath plug, but no microwave and no fridge, and the room smelled like body odor."

"This is a property in transition. Some rooms are upgraded, others are not. The beds are a little soft. But, it’s quiet and clean and the front desk staff have all been very friendly and helpful."

"Had a great staycation here for a birthday. Place is very fun and lots of space. Only draw back is the amount of supplies for a 16 person listing. There were 8 forks, 20 bath towels (there is a hot tub so i thought there would be more). Also no kitchen towels. Some of the property had some light damage, like a broken towel hanger, broken bottom shelf of fridge, and one of the recliners down not recline. They were able to get us more silverware and help us locate what we thought were just 8 bath towels. So they are very responsive. All in all a fun stay and would recommend for the price."
