"Rooms pretty clean Older propety needing some updates and door in room was lacking tje metal lockling mechanism Restaurant can take over 45 minutes to get food as one sweet and nice person was cooking, bartending, ordering ansd waiting tables. Overall, staff is very friendly, gym is nice. Location.pretty good ans love how windows open, some for fresh air Pricey for what it is but less tjan many other properties in area and has free parking "

"Everything about the hotel itself was great. I wasn’t sure pulling up to it because it looked old and kind of worrisome. But it was clean and the rooms were nice. The ONLY negative was the referral from the hotel of a man named Joseph for a shuttle. It cost us $80 to the venue and back to the hotel for two. He got us to the venue fine. But upon pickup he was being detained for an altercation with a female and was unable to take us back to our hotels. We asked for half our money back and it was declined. We had to find another way back. The police said a shuttle was coming but we never saw it and opted for an Uber. It was 2am and yes it was our decision but the “shuttle” was taking entirely too long. I’m talking at least an hour when we left. In the future I’ll just take the rental Red Rock Amphitheater was perfection!"

"Our room had ants, the sheets were dirty, and the shower had hair in it. It has the potential to be very nice, but it isn't. The pool was closed. Which they should tell you about upon booking. Our last night there a fire started in the trees on the grounds. It burned 3 vehicles. Fire department was there very quickly and took care of it. However, the blasting fire alarm stayed on the remainder of our time there which was a few hours!!"

"Cleanliness of the floors is not good. Few towels and only one ice machine for three floors. The location of the hotel is great though. Close to a mall, restaurants and Red Rock! I suspect third party guest are placed in the least desirable rooms based on cleanliness and amenities not in the room. Not once did I see a housekeeper or housekeeping cart. The check in folks were friendly. "

"Iron was covered in black rubbery stuff. One elevator down on a busy weekend. I’ve stayed at multiple Hampton Inn and this one just wasn’t up to par the breakfast although busy didn’t seem like it was. Sausage was rubbery and eggs were very watery overall nothing to write home about."

"Housekeeping never cleans during your stay. I had to ask for soap because there wasn't any in the room (no hand soap, body wash, shampoo, or conditioner)."
