"We really enjoyed our stay. Super convenient location. I hate that valet is $55 extra on top of what you already pay; however, it is so convenient and the valets are so kind and accommodating. We did have an issue with valet the day we were leaving, but the gentlemen that handles our vehicle the rest of the stay was amazing. We walked to Coors stadium for the game and it was perfect. Wish there was a hot tub."

"Clean room, bed was comfy for my back pain and we had enough amenities. I was greatful they had dishes and a dishwasher. I was a lil disappointed in the trash that was all over the property outside where my dog walked. Their was a lot of shattered glass and a cactus. So keep an eye out. The jaccuzi was nice but when I went up stairs my whole body was itchy like the jacuzzi needed a deep cleaning. The breakfast today being that it was Labor Day was limited to just sausage, oatmeal and bagels. I wish they had eggs and waffles. Over all tho I liked my privacy and the clean room. The best thing for me was the comfort of the bed. I wish they had better bedsheets as they do look worn out. Patches of open space without cotton on the comforter.sorry I just want to be honest. Overall I enjoyed that my family had there own one bedroom apartment."

"This is a historical hotel, but that is definitely part of the charm. If you want a cutting-edge modern hotel, this is not be the place for you. Our room was very clean and very spacious. As a matter of fact, it was so big that the TV was too far away from the bed. The floor was creaky in spots, but I guess that has to do with the general age of the building? The bathroom was nice and I love that it had a door that separated it from the rest of the room. It did have a large soaking tub, but honestly I prefer a nice walk-in shower. Still, it was still nice. There was no mini fridge! I feel like that is a given with most hotels so I'm not quite sure why they don't have them in their rooms. Overall it was a nice place, but I did not find anything that would particularly make me want to stay there again."

"They changed my room with 2 queen beds to 1 king bed with sofa bed without notifying me ahead of time. I was asked to either take it or go to another hotel at the time when I checked in. Since it's pretty late, I chose to stay but not very happy."

"Our entire experience at Hotel Teatro was amazing. Rose at the front desk is wonderful. She can handle it all with ease. And her quick wit is refreshing. We enjoyed The Study for coffee and breakfast while we were there. Our room was comfortable, clean and beautiful with windows overlooking downtown. The location was perfect for all things LoDo. We walked everywhere. We enjoyed our time in Denver and Hotel Teatro. We will definitely be back."
