"Well the old saying 'you get what you pay for' definitely comes to mind about my stay here. I chose this place because it was cheap for a one night stay and within walking distance to Ball Arena, the pool isn't open because it looks like it's falling apart, a tile in my rooms bathroom was laying on the floor, my window would only open a few inches because of a security device even though I was on the 3rd floor, in the morning I found the advertised 'breakfast included' was a machine dispensing...

"Love the property and its location. Breakfast was simple but great. Pool and hot tub were nice, but towels provided are tiny 😉 Only negative is that the room we were in was next to very busy road and was very noisy all night long."

"The young lady who checked us was fine. Walked into a room with a pubic hair near the cooking area. There was something turning off and on all night luckily I had ear plugs my wife didnt. My guess is the refrigerator. There was a mixup when we requested early morning breakfast to go so we had nothing to eat or drink. It smelled newly remodeled but when you pay low budget prices you get low budget results."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Yes it is less expensive than most places in Denver but it's disgusting, It's like the owners just gave up and dont care at all. Dirty, the two rooms we were shown smelled terrible. The first like mold and the second like fried fish. I don't even know how that is possible as the units don't have cooking facilities. Bad lighting everywhere. Carpets looked like they havent been vacuumed in 5 years. The hallways had drywall patches everywhere that they didn't bother to paint over....
