The room was clean and the staff and breakfast were pleasant. The light switch at the entrance to my room didn't work and it was nighttime when I arrive, so I had to get a staff member to come and help me find working lights in the room.

Cozy, clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful. Maybe the best hotel breakfast we ever tried in the Denver Metro area. And we stayed in many places as we visit hospital quite often. We will definitely consider this hotel for future visits.

My tv didn’t work for two nights. Bathroom needs updated really bad like the tub. Only one small garbage can in the entire room. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I will stay again.

It seems Like this hotel is working hard to counteract some pretty rough reviews. Our room was immaculate and spacious. It’s budget hotel, but the breakfast buffet was equal to a hotel 3x the cost. The front desk manager when we arrived was very welcoming and pleasant. The pool is under reconstruction. We had a nice stay and we were happy to find a hotel that was half the cost of the others on July 4! Don’t be scared by the reviews, give it a try.

The pool and hot tub are not set up yet. The breakfast was great. Parking super easy. Quiet. The ceilings on the fourth floor were leaking with buckets under them in areas in the hallway. One elevator was out of service. They let us use another hotel pool and hot tub since theirs is under construction.

Be aware: airport shuttle is not consistent. We are told the shuttle was on its way. We called and asked an hour later (when it hadn't arrived) and were told it was on the west side for shuttle pick up and would head to the east side next. After waiting another 45 minutes I got a lyft. This was also between 11:30pm-1:30am. The staff at the hotel were very nice and trying to keep up with the influx of customers due to various flight delays and missed connections. The hotel was grimy. The bed spread had stains. The shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers were broken. The breakfast was minimal. Left a lot to be desired. But the staff was so kind and helpful.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel at this time. The hotel has recently had a fire on property, so they are not fully functional. The pool is not accessible. The elevator stopped working and my room was on the 4th floor. Upon entry of the stairwell, there was a homeless woman sleeping in the stairwell. The room was decent. It could have been cleaner. Breakfast was basic, but decent. They did have a free airport shuttle. The front desk employees were very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible.

The hotel staff was super friendly, the breakfast food was very good, and the rooms were clean. The only downside was that the TV remote didn’t work, and I didn’t like being charged for parking, but it’s very well located—20 minutes from the airport.

For a non-smoking hotel, it sure smelled like smoke. Fortunately, the room didn’t smell. The hotel was a bit rundown but overall clean and the bed was comfortable. Not sure why the tv remote was under both the sheet and mattress protector???

This hotel has a $10 extra per day parking fee. The refrigerator in my room did not work; it had a big ice ball and the door barely closed. The hotel says “smoke free” however the smoke is thick in the halls. My room itself was clean and beds neatly made. I would stay here again as it wasn’t that bad. The hot breakfast is a plus!!!

Old, rusty rooms, not so clean. The AC and exhaust fans are very old and noisy. Location is good and the shuttle service is convenient. They do not allow any late check out even if you check in very late in night, for one hour late check out they asked for whole extra night payment. They try their best to take advantage of cancelled flights.
