"To Whom it may concern, Parking was charged at $15 a day, but they have their own parking lot. The cell phone service was intruded while in the hotel even with excellent signal. 1 block away cell phones work fine. They sell WiFi, funny how that works. Breakfast was good with options, rooms dont get cleaned daily while staying. Overall, ok, but probably would find something cheaper for overall experience. Least favorite thing were loud hallways. "We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I did not love was there is no bathroom in the main lobby. It was downstairs and through a not so lit up area. Otherwise 5 Stars. The little coffee shop outside the lobby is very nice."

"The staffs and management was not helpful. I booked my trip through Expedia, and my reservation was canceled. I was then told to make a new reservation directly, but my original Expedia booking was never refunded. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I believe I should at least receive a refund for the unused/remaining days."
