"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "Overall, we couldn't be happier with our stay, the communication with the property manager, the check-in process, the location, and the property itself - all top notch and BEAUTIFUL! We walked everywhere - from the Chateau de Chillon to the Middle of Montreux, to the Rocher de Naye. Everything was absolutely stunning. I gave three stars for neighborhood because every night but one there were young people partying in the park in front of the property - very drunk, very loud, and went at it well...

"Perfect place to stay with a family or two at a fair price. If you want a romantic place, it’s not the right fit, but the location is amazing, it sleeps a ton of people, has an amazing balcony and a fun funky vibe. I’d absolutely seat there again."
