The cleaning guy knocked to clean our room at 11:30, once we left the room we realized check was at 12 per Expedia. We had to wait in the small lobby with people staring at us. "

"The property has below grade parking. I parked my motorcycle there with staff consent. The staff failed to tell me that the parking area floods in rain. There was early morning rain - my bike was near swamped. Staff did not even attempt to tell me of the rain issues or wake me. They did manage to move their own vehicles out. Horrible stay. Disrespectful staff - they sneered and laughed when my bike was swamped in water."
