Casa Cora

Overlooking a panoramic landscape of fields and rolling hills, with its own lush private gardens and spectacular mountain backdrop, Casa Cora is nothing short of refined, barefoot elegance. And with its beautiful interiors, private pool and BBQ casita, Yoga gazebo, Balinese daybed and fruit tree orchard, every corner within this spectacular property is truly divine.

Divided into two independent apartments, each with its own private entrance and open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, plus three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The internal layout is ideal for large families or groups of friends who enjoy holidaying together but who also look for their own space, or quiet time. The rooms are fully heated via radiators in the winter and cooled by wall mounted air-conditioning units in all bedrooms and in the top floor lounge in the Summer.

If this description doesn’t wow you, then how about the 27-hole championship golf course ‘La Sella’, which is within a handy 5-minute drive from the property’s front gates. Golf not your thing? Well why not treat yourself to a day Spa at the Marriott hotel (right next to the golf course), or take a meandering walk a long the lower paths of the Montgo Mountain. The towns of Denia and Javea are within easy reach of the property, offering guests a multitude of beaches, coves, restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The pretty town Jesus Pobre is only a few minutes away by car and holds a lovely food and goodies market each Sunday in a traditional Riu Rau building.

JH Loves – Absolutely everything! This is a truly gorgeous holiday home, set in a stunning natural setting…..so what are you waiting for?!

JH Tip: Casa Cora is located only 550 mts from Casa Banyan. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

An amazing holiday!

I stayed at this villa in September. We had an amazing holiday! The villa is absolutely stunning, very luxurious and had everything we needed! There is a small supermarket just at the end of the lane, with everything we needed. I would 100%recommend staying here and I will definitely be returning!

Such a beautiful villa!

The rooms and beds are very comfortable and the whole property is beautifully decorated. The living areas are wonderfully spacious and take advantage of the fantastic view. The gardens outside are extensive and create a really tranquil environment and the pool is perfect. Location is great too. There is a small shop within walking distance where you can get everything you need, but a short drive away you can also take advantage of all the great restaurants and bars in the Javea. I will definitely be returning! nothing to speak of.

Perfect Family Villa

Fantasic villa and garden ideal for two families - beautifully decorated and thoughtfully well-equipped. Upstairs is very roomy with a large kitchen and island/bar area, as well as a huge indoor dining table. We spent most nights eating al fresco around the large balcony table. The upstairs also has a comfortable lounge and tv area, plus three good-sized bedrooms, a large shower room and an additional bathroom. The ground-floor accommodation is more lower-ground so cooler and darker with one huge bedroom and two more decent-sized bedrooms, plus a small kitchen and sitting area. We were a party of 9 and found the villa very spacious and the upstairs worked well for us all to socialise. The pool was a good size and was enjoyed by everyone. We left some inflatables and a couple of beach umbrellas which hopefully can be stored for others to use for days out at the beach. The letting agent was easily contactable and stopped by to bring along some missing supplies, and the pool-man and gardener also paid a couple of visits during our two-week stay.
Stayed 12 nights in Jul 2023

A home for a holiday not a holiday home

We loved Casa Cora! The place was great for two large families - plenty of private space, yet huge communal areas inside and out for everyone to get together. Brilliantly laid out and beautifully appointed, this is more an example of an ideal home than a holiday let. It has everything you need and it exudes quality. We are big on cooking, so it’s fantastic to find a place in Spain that makes the kitchen the heart of the party. The bedrooms and bathrooms are five star - lovely. Outside, the pool sits just below the terrace, ideal for parents who want to keep an eye on their kids without having them too close at hand … but there are also poolside loungers for committed sun worshippers. The garden is stunning. It’s large, so there are plenty of peaceful corners with cool shade on a hot day. If you’re there at the right time as we were, there are fresh oranges from the tree for breakfasta zesty lemon for gin and tonics shortly after… Worth mentioning the location too. The area gets its name from Montgó massif, an iconic limestone mountain that towers behind the villa. Sitting by the pool when the mountain glows in the sunset is pretty memorable. There’s an incredibly well stocked shop and deli 100m away, with a little cafe to the side. We recommend the fresh baked croissants and the rotisserie chickens. Dénia and Xàbia are close by with fantastic beaches, cafés, bars and restaurants. Favourites included dinner at Chabadas at the Arenal beach and breakfast at La Siesta, both in Xàbia. Overall, you can tell Casa Cora is loved. And we loved it right back. It’s pristine and extremely comfortable. By far the best villa we’ve been to in Spain ..FrancePortugal come to that.

Amazing time at Casa Cora

Where to start... Casa Cora is an amazing place! We went with all of our family for 2 weeks in August 2024 and had the most amazing time. Javea Holidays were brilliant to deal withg from start to finish. Communication was really great and and if we needed anything we could contact through Whatsapp and they come back very quickly. When we arrived at the villa we where blown away! It's exactly how it looks in the pictures. The property is in great condition and every little detail seems to have been thought about. This is the first time we have been away and couldn't think of anything that was missed. Rooms are well set out, the pool area is great and enough sun beds etc for us all. We used the BBQ area a lot, and made the most of having a paella pan and stand too! There is a local market at the end of the road, where you can also sit and have a coffee, which was really handy. We had a hire car, and there are a number of places to go and visit if you want to get out for bit. Overall a fantastic holiday, in a wonderful location. Would highly recommend and would definitely look at coming back in the future. Genuinely cannot think of anything. We had such a fantastic experience.

Stunning Villa and views

Beautiful surroundings with the dramatic mountain backdrop and extending to the front overlooking hills some distance away. The Villa has been carefully refurbished with great size bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was surprisingly easy to reach, just up a private road and not a long steep camino. Lovely pool area and gardens. Perhaps music speakers.
