Unit Layout

The villa features a spacious 208 square meter layout with five rooms spread across two floors. The main floor boasts a large living/dining room equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, flat screen TV, DVD player, and electric shutters, leading out to a terrace. Additionally, there is one room with two 90cm beds measuring 190cm in length, and another room with a 160cm French bed measuring 200cm in length, both equipped with air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC, as well as a separate shower room with a WC. Floor heating is available throughout the main level.

The upper floor features two additional bedrooms, one with a 180cm French bed measuring 190cm in length, and the other with a 180cm French bed measuring 200cm in length. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters, and access to a terrace. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower, bidet, WC, and double hand basin. Floor heating is also available on the upper level.
