Money-driven, not service-driven

They refused cancellation and refund of my last night even if i had to fly very early and the hotel is an hour away from the airport. They would rather have me take a public utility vehicle at 4am than refund my one night. They have higher priority for income than the safety of their client. They also told me that they do not have a fridge at the reception when they clearly do.

ホテルの地図の場所が間違っていて、ハヴィエルの市内に行ってしまいました。 実際はハイウェイ沿い、正に市内への分岐点にありますのでご注意ください。 分岐にはトロンとアンドックスがあり、アンドックスの向かいになります。 私は間違って分岐から市内へ行って、また分岐まで戻ってきました。

Very nice and restful hotel.

Overall it was a very nice hotel with really nice staff members. It was a bit remote but very accessible to the local town of Abuyog and Tacloban. The swimming pool is fantastic and the rooms were very clean. I think the hotel would be much better if they had wifi and provided more than just basic cable.

AMAZING SERVICE. This is a tiny hotel in a tiny town, but the staff makes every effort to make you feel like a king. Honestly the only truly negative thing I can say is that you're pretty much in a dead spot when it comes to WiFi. Inside he room even our little Globe portable hotspot wouldn't connect.
