- There will be a pet fee of $150/pet. This is primarily for damages, pet cleaning. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets especially to all the wood work and expensive furniture.
- guests over 8 each will be $25 per night. One security camera on site facing the driveway for guest's safety.
