"Hubert is quiet, but upon meeting him he was friendly and he had everything at the apartment prepared perfectly! The property is roomy for 1 and could easily sleep 4 with the two lofts. The space was very clean, and the location was good to get to Vieux Lyon in about 20 minutes. Thank you for having me!"

"Very nice apartment. Good location, about 40 min walk from downtown. Grocery store next door, restaurants and coffee shops a couple of minutes walking. The parking was very convenient. It was nice that there was a portable AC and 2 big fans, really helpful when it is 30 degrees C outside. Overall, we were very pleased with the appartment."

"Bon logement pour une personne, ou 2 si vous ne faites qu'y dormir (autrement ça risque d'être petit). Idéalement situé et fonctionnel. Quelques petits points noirs cependant : le ménage aurait pu être mieux fait à mon arrivée, et des odeurs désagréables apparaissent parfois dans la salle de bains (mais on peut fermer la porte). J'ai aussi dû dormir avec des bouchons d'oreilles du fait du bruit de la rue. Points positifs : les propriétaires sont accessibles, et le logement est de bonne qualité....

"The apartment was spacious and clean. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the Metro and Part-Dieu train station, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We had a little difficulty with the washing machine (English instructions would have been helpful), but we were grateful to be able to wash our clothes. We would recommend to friends. "
