Actually found a wonderful steak restaurant at Terrible's Casino and switched for our last 3 days there as Primm Valley was having some kind of updating (not sure exactly) of the rooms.

"Our room is nice and spacious,and the shuttle to and from the Vegas Strip is perfect so we didnt worry about transportation during our stay. The lazy river is nice and warm though the hot tub isnt working properly, temp isnt hot enough so we didnt get to enjoy it."

I did not stay and look around the other hotels. I know that the outlet has just a few stores in it now. Like I said too bad and sad to see it in this condition.
