Brand new luxury 10 room villa 12 king beds team reception 07/17

"First let me say, the properties are very beautiful. The check in was very smooth. The communications with the host were addressed timely and effectively. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable. The kitchens were spacious and accommodating to all 16 of us. There were plenty of places around to shop and eat. We were a family of 15 senior citizens (55). and (1) 35 year old. Let me say the 16 stairs straight up to the 2nd floor were not good or safe for us. Insult to injury: try carrying luggage up all those stairs. The safety of the customer was left completely out of the equation. The issue of not being able to wear shoes up stairs was another very concerning issue. Wearing Socks proved to be a SAFETY ISSUE and that the floors were not clean, along with the rugs in the main bedrooms and in the living rooms in front of the TV’s (filthy). As a customer, we were not informed of the additional rules, in the house, but ARE VERY RELEVANT TO THE HOUSE/RENTAL. All bedrooms are upstairs and only (1) has a TV in it. The tubs in the bathroom central to the other 4 bedrooms were NOT conducive to us getting a shower, stepping up in the tub with NO handrails in the tub, on the wall or anywhere in the bathroom. The houses may be great for younger people, but the issues for Senior Citizens make it very difficult to rent this property again. The host done his part, however, there are things that NEED to be addressed."

"Beautiful home and very clean. We loved it. The only thing is even though the weather was great, the pool was way too cold to use. But, we would stay there again. The host is absolutely amazing. Could not ask for better service so thank you."

"Host was very accommodating, he messaged me with all the check in information the night before. We had to bring our dog with us at the last minute and he was super understanding about it. Place was big for our family and our kids loved the pool and hot tub."

Tranquil Desert Retreat in a Geodesic Dome with Scenic Views in Las Vegas, Nevada
8/10 Good
"We absolutely loved our getaway! We needed to get our pup out of town for the 4th of July and this was the perfect spot. The views are beautiful and the geodome is wonderfully set up. My favorite part was the sun porch that is perfect for yoga or just relaxing. The only drawback was that the solar power wasn’t working and we weren’t quite sure how to use the generator - a binder with instructions would be really helpful for folks. Getting there is also an adventure and I was glad to have a 4x4 vehicle. All in all, we would definitely go back"
