Mandalay Bay Resort And Casino
10/10 Excellent
"Great location. Easy to self park and short walk into the hotel. Rooms are very clean and well appointed. Rooms are quiet on the parking garage side of the bldg. Noisy facing the airport and traffic. Mandalay shops are cheap and tacky merchandise for the post part. Shopping is limited to kid stuff. The resort is beautiful and had much to offer."

"Exalibur was easy to manuever. Our room in the Resort Tower was nice, the bed was very good, it was clean enough but a little more attention could have been done with vacuming and the bathroom floor under the sink where you dont really see unless you have to look for something that fell on the floor. The TV could have used a guide or a list of channels. It did have a safe and a refrigerator and coffee and snacks were right off the elevator on the lobby floor. The food court had excellent choices for food. I would stay there again."

"The two night lights that were attached to the wall were both broken. There are no cups in the room. The door to our room was very very heavy and hard to open. There is no ice machine on the floor. The lounge chair in the room had several to many stains. The bedding has torn holes. Room has great first impressions. Just need some help with some of the broken issues. There was standing water in the bathtub upon arrival. About 2 inches. The woman assisting with online check-in was amazing had great attitude great advice she’s the one with the reddish dyed hair Told me how to use soft touch to make the touchscreen work better!! Luggade attendants at the front doors were excellent"
