"No microwave and staff do not bring luggage to rooms for you, nor will they bring a cart to your room. You have to grab it yourself. Other than that, no real complaints."

"Staff was very helpful and polite. The executive king suite was a great size and all have views. But the mini prices are ridiculous, coffee was $16 not free absolutely NO complementary coffee whatsoever . and the tube for lazy river is $30. Lockers at pool $30 way over priced. It’s all about making a buck for themselves at the expense of the customer."

"Everything was great!!! The only thing I can say that needs attention ASAP. Is there door on the side that leads to the parking lot. There should be more lightning. It is really dark when you walk out into the parking lot. Seems like there should be a porch light of some sort. Other than that. Excellent stay!!"
