"Wasn’t expecting much on a one night airport layover, since Ibis Hotel could be very basic and some other parts of the world. But I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I was genuinely impressed by the breakfast — the spread was huge with plenty of variety, and everything was fresh and delicious. "We stayed one night at the Sheraton Grand Incheon for a mid day flight the day after. Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and were taken care of right away. They even let us in the room early as we arrived prior to the 3:00 PM check in time! The room was clean and inviting and it was very quiet. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of different foods and will definitely recommend giving it a try. Overall I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again on our next trip."

"GREAT location in a traditional hanok village, adjacent to the enormous Central Park, also a short walk from the Central Park subway station. The deluxe double room i got happened to be accessible and was huge: it had a sitting area, a desk and chair tucked away in a nook, even a patio. Solid amenities like a water dispenser in the room, nespresso machine, drinks in the minibar included. Very comfortable bed equipped with both firm and soft pillows. The cypress tub was a unique perk, like having a personal onsen. The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. I didn’t get to try the breakfast and peeked into the “gym” that was half storage room/staging area for the meeting room next door where breakfast was held. I’m not sure anyone could actually use the equipment since they were mostly blocked by other stuff. (Didn’t matter to me but might be important to other guests)"
