"We had the best experience with high class service all around. This hotel has some amazing views of the red sea. The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. "Property location and rooms are good. Front desk staff were very cold, almost no acknowledgement even when you are standing in front of their desk. It was hard to get any information. Some bell boys helped me get the local info I needed. Wifi was good in certain parts of suite, not in the bedroom though. They did not do house-keeping during my nights stay, which is fine but they should have at least informed that no housekeeping will be done. Breakfast was decent."

"Overall a clean property. I was traveling with my mom who has arthritis - convenience for an elderly with health issues was something we were looking for. The facility has elevator so that was a plus. However, the bathroom in our room did not have handrails, not to mention, no shower curtain or door - it was a half glass shower area which caused water to splash outside of the shower area, which made things very unsafe.
