Had a great time on our trip! The condo was very cute, their were just a couple things that did only make it average stay. Not all of the lights worked for us , and the fan to wasn’t working either. But the biggest thing for me was that the floors were not very clean, there was dirt/sand/grass on the floor and they were extremely sticky when we first got to the place. To me it just looked like they didn’t sweep and mop every good before hand.

We are from Florida had never stayed in northern Vermont and we up for some skiing and visiting winter. This retreat worked great. Exactly as described, it is a cozy spot nestled in the mountains a short walk to Smuggler’s Notch Ski Resort and under an hour to Stowe on the other side of the mountain (when Rt 108 is closed for the winter). A great base camp to explore the area and get in some winter sports. It had everything you need and everything went very smoothly. Thanks for a great winter visit.

We adored this property! Location was perfect for accessing the small store, shuttle, and even a short walk over to hole 12 on Brewster Ridge Disc Golf Course! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to prepare lunch and dinner each day. Check in and check out was a breeze. DOG FRIENDLY! Absolutely recommend!

The property was everything advertised on Vrbo.com. I had a few questions and Garrett was quick to respond. The Notch Road was open so quick trip to Stowe. Saw a lot of the Vermont countryside. Much needed laid back vacation.

The listing made the property look larger and newer than it was. It could use a deep cleaning and better instructions for location of (and production of) actual clean linens and bedding upon arrival. The loft is not suitable for 2 grown adults as the ceiling is low and there is an ibeam that restricts sitting up comfortably in bed. The location of the condo made it otherwise a great family weekend and easy skiing access.

Just as described above, this condo is the perfect little spot, located close to everything, has everything you could need during your stay and was very clean. It was a great spot for my family of 4 and our pup. Garrett the owner was responsive and great to rent from and we would highly recommend and would definitely rent again!!

Garrett was a wonderful host! He provided very clear check-in and checkout information and was very prompt at responding to any questions I had leading up to our stay. Most notably, we had a last minute request for an earlier check-in time, which would have made a significant difference on our travel plans and nap schedule with our kiddos, and Garrett accommodated us with no extra fees. We feel so grateful to have found such a location and host!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean and the location was close to skiing, restaurants, and activities. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The weather was a bummer and very few ski runs were open, but we made the best of it. With six of us we were cozy and spent a lot of family time watching movies, playing cards, and sipping hot chocolate.

We stayed with our dog during July. Easy to book and the owner was immediate in his responses. The place was clean and well stocked with spices, soap and detergent. I was amazed at all the cubbies, shelves and hooks to keep things handy and organized. I would stay here again in the summer or winter.

We stayed here for Memorial Weekend. My husband, two teenagers, yellow lab, and I had a great time. We had a few minor issues and Garrett was very responsive and quickly handled them. The place comfortably fit our family of 4. My kids were happy to have their own room with 2 twin beds. We would stay here again.

Very attentive & caring owner. Clean, modern condo with great amenities. Great location! Walk to ski lift, walk to Nordic Center, walk to village. See Thurs nite fireworks from back door. Have been to many other great ski resorts; this was our first experience with Smuggs and we'll definitely return. Will re-book with this owner.
