공항과 가까워서 도착, 떠나는날 시간에 여유가 있는 위치....굿굿... 이번에는 집사람, 장인, 장모님과 떠난 여름 휴가인데 특히 장인 장모님께서 잠자리가 편안하셔서 좋았다고 칭찬을 연일 하셨네요

Staff were excellent and were very helpful in assisting us especially on our transportation needs. The rooms are all very spacious and clean. However, basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided in the room but then you have to pay extra upon checkout if they were used and utilized during your stay which wasn’t explained to us at check in. Overall the stay was great.

The place was big and comfortable. It's private and quiet. Close to the city. We were very pleased with the property. If it was better maintained, it would've been great. There were some spiderwebs in and around the house.

주변에 편의시설이 없습니다. 3박에 1일 청소를 해 주지만 그것도 쓰레기를 치워주는 수준입니다. 수영장이 있지만 규모가 작고 10시 오픈입니다. 뷰가 매우 좋습니다. 조용합니다.

청결에 대해서는 정말신경쓰셔야 할 것 같습니다. 장박 중심으로 운영되고 있는것은 알겠습니다만, 숙소내 청결+야외수영장 청결 진짜 너무 부족합니다. 조식을 포함한식사는 맛있었습니다. 이정도 멋진 시설을 가지고 이렇게 운영하니 아쉽습니다. 좀 더 발전하기를 바랍니다.

바퀴벌레가 나오는 숙소

부모님께서 추석 기간에 쉬실 수 있도록 예약했는데, 3박 4일동안 바퀴벌레가 2일이나 나왔습니다. 처음 배정받은 방에서 나와서 방을 옮겼는데, 옮긴 방에서 또 바퀴벌레가 나타났습니다. 세번째 방에서는 바퀴벌레가 없었지만, 두번이나 나왔다는게 너무 충격적이네요. 해당 사항에 대해서 말했는데, 조식 식권으로 무마하려 하였으며 저희가 조식은 필요없다고 했더니 그럼 더 이상 해줄 수 있는게 없다고 하네요. 너무 더럽고 서비스도 별로였던 숙소라서, 부모님께 죄송했습니다. 다시는 이용하지 않을 것 같네요

전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

정말 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 저는 로얄패밀리 룸에 숙박했습니다. 단점먼저 말하자면 첫번째 배정받은 방이 오랫동안 사용되지않았던 냄새가 났고 방, 거실 구석구석온갖 나방들의 사체들이 셀수없이 많았고 살아있는 나방들도 정말 많았습니다. 프론트에 요청했더니 빠르게 방을 변경해줬습니다. 변경한 방도 구석구석 거미줄이 있었고 출입구가 2개인데 한쪽 출입문에는 거미줄이랑 거미, 거미먹이창고등등 생태계가 보존(?)되어있어서 그쪽 문은 사용하지않았습니다. 그리고 개인마당이 있어서 좋았는데 아무래도 자연친화적이다보니 아이 손바닥만한 거미들이 너무 많아서 마당엔 거의 나가지않았습니다. 밤엔 너무 어두워서 밤 산책은 어렵다고 느꼈습니다. 가로등이 없는건 아닌데 좀 어두운것같고 가로등 숫자도 부족해보였습니다. 장점은 그외에 숙소위치, 직원분들 친절도, 편의성, 뷰 너무 좋았습니다. 그리고 조식에대해 가성비에대해 안좋은 후기들을 많이 봤는데 저는 신선도나 맛이나 아무 만족했습니다. 그냥 호텔조식이 다 그렇지..했는데 이곳은 확실히 맛있었고 신선했습니다. 뷰도 너무 좋습니다. 아 그리고 공기가 너무 좋았습니다. 벌레들이 없는 초겨울이나 늦가을에 제주도를 방문한다면 저는 재방문의사 100% 입니다.
