"Kitchen area of the room and corners could have been cleaner."

"Couldn’t see the beach from room but it was not far, took maybe 3 min to be on the dock. We had a pool view which was under construction. Which is fine except the didn’t tell me until the day before our reservation. That was kind of annoying. Check in was fine but all the lady said was you have to call house keeping if you need extra things (towels) yet had no idea how to contact. Was given nothing with a number and the phone in the room wasn’t clear for what was house keeping. Other wise it was perfect!"

"Very nice facility felt clean and well maintained. As the most affordable property I found in the area, I was pleasantly surprised. My only gripe would be that the (East facing) window shade did not close all the way, leaving about an 8 inch gap for the sun to beam in when it rose."

"The property and location was great. However the service from house cleaning perspective was none existent. No room cleaning service for 3 nights/4 days, no clean linens. Had to empty the garage, clean the bathroom, retrieve towels from front desk. No useable bicycles, which was one of the amenities they charged me for $30 a day. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!"

"Everything was perfect. They cleaned the rooms everyday. Complimentary breakfast was great! Everything was great with our stay. We added an extra day with no issues as well. Would highly recommend! "

"I was there to attend a friend's wedding. I arrived at 3:30 pm after a 7 hour drive. Check in was listed as 4 pm. I knew I was a little early and my room may or may not ne ready. The lady that checked me in was nice. She told me my room wasnt ready. At 4:30 my room still wasn't ready. I spoke with a different lady this time and told her how concerned I was because the wedding was at 5:30 and I needed to change clothes, fix my hair and put on makeup. I told her I had a wedding to get ready for and she just looked at me and said "yep, you and everybody else". I know it wasnt her fault that my room wasnt ready but she was very snarky and rude. I dont expect to be treated rudely at any hotel but for the amount of money they charge, I surely did not expect her attitude. I didnt get into my room until 5 pm. I had to skip most of the makeup I had planned to put on, didn't have much time to freshen up, changed clothes and ran out of my room to get to the wedding. This really put a damper on the evening for me. While I do realize that everyone was looking at the bride & groom I was uncomfortable & self conscious about the wedding pictures. The front desk didn't really seem to care. Attitude was very disappointing. Not what I paid for or expected."
