"It was a great place to hang your hat and go out exploring, to the beach or downtown. The pool was great and there’s a restaurant attached, which was handy for breakfast."

"I did not expect a kitchenette in the king room. It even had a small dishwasher. There was no shower spray handle and the water pressure could be a bit higher. Good stay otherwise."

"This will be our go to house in Venice from now on. The pictures do Not do this home justice. It’s beautiful. Tall ceilings and doors. The master bathroom has an enclosed, tiled shower and a large tub. We had plenty of space with a large group. Plenty of towels-everything you need in the kitchen to cook anything. The owners dropped off paper towels and toilet paper. Less than 10 minutes to the beach where we found lots of shark teeth. We hope to be back soon. "

"Sits on a main road. The over all area, Venice is nice. The property was pretty bad. The room was tiny, dirty, stained sheets and smelled like urine. This place is gross!"

"The only issue was our key constantly stopped working, so we had to go to lobby to have it re-programed 4 x during our 2-night stay and found this was an issue with many others. I was happy when it worked the night we did not get back until 11:30pm However, the staff at the front desk was amazingly sweet and very helpful "

"My family of four enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was refreshing and used often. The location is convenient to Venice and Englewood Beaches. Amy and Rick were just a phone call away. We did not experience any problems. Welcome snacks and a bottle of Wine was left for us. Easy check in and check out. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. "
