"Nice place and nice location. But very thin walls and when a car parked in our spot and then was idling from 445 am to 5 am we didn't get any more sleep. When we asked the manager why that spot isn't for the room we were we were immediately given an odd and defensive reaction and were told we were staying in the cheapest($200) room and that we should have contacted her...at 445 in the morning! Not sure how to do that since the staff was all gone at 3 pm night before. Not sure why if you're in...
"It’s been our go to about every 5 yrs of 60 living in Ca.
This visit, staff was fabulous, food OK, but EVERYTHING overpriced.
The avocado toast had barely a hint of avocado. I was charged $5 for a side of avocado, and charged $2 extra for oat milk in my cappuccino.
The showerhead gave off a light mist vs an actual shower in room 33, so we both gave up and skipped showers.
The robes and towels are old and scratchy.
We spent just under $1,000 in our 18 hour visit!"
"If you care about your respiratory health do not stay here! We couldn't stay in our room due to the intense chemical smells. It made our throats burn, our eyes water, and our kids cough.
If you value easy communication with staff do not stay here! I have been trying for two weeks to get ahold of anyone at the hotel (calls, direct emails and emails through Expedia) to let them know about our health concerns regarding the room and haven’t been able to reach anyone or get a reply back.
I do NOT...
"We are elderly; my husband is 77 years old. We were placed on the second floor, where there is no elevator. It's very inconvenient to carry our suitcases upstairs."
