Other than having a hard time finding the hotel. Need to find the elevator tucked into the building. This was an AMAZING place to stay for my family of 5. The city suite was spacious and allowed my kids to have a separate room and living room area to hang out. Laundry service was such a huge perk that we really needed. Would highly recommend this hotel.

"Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room. Incredible pool area (but unfortunately, itās an extra fee which they donāt tell you until you see it on your bill - I didnāt like that. The breakfast buffet was wonderful."

"Rooms were tiny small and view from the rooms is the worst: a landfill of garbages. Horrible way to spend vacations. Plus the area is not great and run down. People working at the front desk barely speak English and hence are not very helpful. This is not a 4 star experience!"
