It was 2nd stay for me. I love this place so much. There are nothing around this hotel. You need to come this place, only for this hotel. But it is worth it.

호텔 이름에 걸맞는 곳이였어요 요가를 한번도 해보지 않은 사람도 무리없이 해낼 수 있는 요가 수업은 물론 호텔 주변 환경도 정말 쾌적하고 숲속에서 힐링하구 돌아온 느낌이에요

특급호텔 친절에 쉬기 좋은 웰니스리조트~

로비에 들어서니 은은한 향이 기분좋게 맞아주네요. 체크인 데스크 직원 아주 친절해요. 저녁을 파크키친을 이용했는데 음식도 괜챦고 직원서비스는 남직원,여직원 두분다 특급호텔정도로 아주 친절합니다. 파크로쉬 이미지가 업되더라구요. 글라스하우스에 계신 직원께 질문을 했는데 어찌나 친절하신지.. 사우나이용했는데 사우나는 개인 프라이버시를 존중해서인지 조명이 너무 어두웠어요. 정선5일장까지 20분정도 거리이라 잠깐 다녀오기 좋았어요. 객실청소상태도 좋았고 침대도 편안했어요. 웰니스리조트라 요가,수영도 하면서 쉬기에 딱 좋은 환경이예요. 직원들 고객응대 태도가 그 호텔의 수준을 결정하는데 파크키친 직원들은 칭찬해주고 싶네요. 다음에 또 방문할 예정입니다.

턱없이 부족한 주차장

객실 크기도 크고 침대 및 시설 상태나 청결은 좋았습니다. 다만 뷰는 좀 애매합니다. 가리왕산뷰(케이블카)는 주차장이 시야의 반 정도 차지합니다. 반대편(오대천뷰)도 맞은편의 호텔이 시야에 많이 들어오는 것 같습니다. 파크로쉬의 가장 큰 문제는 주차장입니다. 턱없이 부족한 주차장으로 바깥 외부 도로까지 양쪽으로 줄줄이 주차를 해야합니다.

조용하고 힐링하기 좋은호텔입니다

엄마와의 여행이었는데 너무나 만족스러웠습니다. 룸컨디션과 구조,청결도 좋았구요. 웰니스프로그램은 최고였습니다. 1시까지 즐길수있는 조식은 아침 웰니스프로그램을 충분히 즐길수있게 해주었고 음식의 퀄리티도 만족할만했습니다. 다만 같은 메뉴가 제공되는 점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

쉬러가고싶은 부부여행이었는데 대만족입니다. 요가도 명상도 참으로 많이 좋았습니다 사우나가 깔끔하고 시설과 물품들이 고급졌어요. 밤에 별을 잘 볼수있게 소등이벤트해줘서 오랫만에 정말 오랫만에 별을 원없이 봤어요 아침조식을 늦게 먹을 수있는 정책이 마무리까지 기분 좋게 했습니다 여유로운 여행에 맞는 힐링주는 리조트입니다

1. 천장에 먼지가 거미줄처럼 걸린 채로 에어컨 바람에 계속 날렸습니다. 2. 싱크대쪽 와인잔이 있는 선반에 먼지가 자욱하게 가라앉아 있었습니다. 3. 창문과 쇼파 사이에 머리카락이 있었습니다. 4. 창문을 열었을 때 창문과 방충망 사이에 죽은 벌레들이 우수수 떨어졌는데 산에 위치해 있기 때문에 한 번씩만이라도 이 사이를 닦아만 주셔도 좋을 것 같습니다. 혼자 다니다 어머니 모시고 처음 갔었는데 컴플레인을 하기에는 어머니가 불편하실까봐 하지 않았고 체크아웃할 때 직원분께 말씀드렸습니다. 위생에 좀 더 신경써 주셨으면 하고 관련해 다음에 이용시 보상을 조금이라도 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.
