"would have been another star but for the 8 moths in our room. (I captured them all and set them free unharmed.)"

"This property is a little dated. It’s fine if all you want is a room for the night but pricey for what you get. The internet was terribly slow and when we tried to watch a movie the screen kept reloading. Our mobile data was faster. It was nice to sit out on the balcony with views of the mountains and sea. Parking is good albeit not all cars are undercover. Easy walking distance to shops and cafes. Longer walk to beach."

"Very large clean room with comfy beds."

"I've stayed at this motel a few times & every time it's been wonderful from checking in to checking out is great. From Management to staff they are always kind & helpful."

"Staff was excellent. Great service"

"After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. "Very comfortable air conditioned room with plenty of space. Modern bathroom. Bed was only a double, but we still slept well. Some street noise can be heard from Shellharbour road, albeit nothing that would warrant not staying here. Outdoor tennis court and pool onsite. Only issue we can call out is air-con waste water exits onto patio/verandah and leaves walkways wet while also dripping over the balconey into car park. Overall good value for money and would stay there again."

"We rather drive back to Sydney than to sleep here. No aircon, shared bathroom, creepy hallways."

"Had to go 2 different shops to get keys to the room. Also had to pay bond deposit which I am stll waiting to be refunded."

"Everything was fantastic from start to finish all staff were fantastic can’t rember his name but was on when we"

"Check in took longer due to having to wait for the customers in bar getting served first, a number of whom arrived after me."

"Vicky and the reception team were excellent, had a great time with family for my 30th."

"Nothing incredible to note. Very expensive for what it is. Old run down motel. But sky high prices. Expected better."

"Clean room, very close to the beach, staff is very friendly. No WiFi. 😢"
