"Hot tub was HUGE amenity for us, except that it's not well-monitored by staff as non-guests were able to come in and use it AND another man, who did seem to be a guest, repeatedly brought can of alcohol to the hot tub and openly drank them without concern. There was a child present in the pool area at the time of evening when all of this occurred."

"Hot tub jets were not working!!! The sheet had someone else’s blood on them!!!! Barely saw staff and when I did they were on their phones and the house keeping staff was very loud. "

"I’ve stayed at The Hancock Hotel in Findlay twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. This beautiful, historically inspired property feels far more upscale than its price suggests — truly a hidden gem offering boutique-level comfort at about a Holiday Inn rate. The rooms are elegant, the atmosphere warm and refined, and the service consistently attentive. While the valet parking can seem a bit pricey for the area, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Findlay — it’s easily one of the best stays in Northwest Ohio."

"Parking was easy and the place was easy to find. The room was nice and new but the towel was stained a bit and I found a bug crawling on my bed. Not sure where it came from. Definitely should check their towels before leaving it for us. "

"Polite staff. Was quick checking in and also checking out. Everything was neat and clean. ( Besides a beer box that was left from previous traveler lol ) But it happens. Kids enjoyed the Pool. Overall tho, it was good stay! "
