"We had a very lovely time at this location. Were here using it as a landing spot for a wedding in Jersey City. Comfortable, clean, and spacious with all amenities there, this VRBO gave us exactly what we were looking for. I wouldn't recommend going out at night alone, but since we didn't do that, we had zero problems. Would book again when in the area! :)"

"We stayed at this property for one night and we enjoyed our stay. Upon check in, we were greeted with sweets from the Host and the place was clean. Not as big as we thought it would’ve been but it worked out. The rooftop view was amazing and hanging out on the roof was fun. The neighborhood is in a little sketchy area but the property itself is newly renovated. Although it was a short stay, we enjoyed the stay. The Host was very friendly and responded very promptly. "

"I had a longer stay here. I felt very comfortable. The apartment is on the top floor. There is an elevator to take your suitcases or shopping upstairs.Everything you need is available. I think that one or two little things will be added over time. The hostess went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, gave me tips on where to go and where to find things.The park right next door is especially great. I can highly recommend it."

"We came for a long weekend to the area and had a great stay at this beautiful unit! We had an event in Hoboken and in Manhattan and they were a short 15 minute ride. There were many lovely features and lots of amenities. We were a family of five with a teenage daughter, and she especially enjoyed the expansive full finished basement with essentially her own bedroom, living room, playroom and suite :-) and the rest of us were very comfortable on the main level. "The owner of this property is gaming the system. We reserved this property in September. He accepted our reservation and payment and then on the day of Checkin, told us he had rented to someone else. We were robbed of our vacation and had to stay in a dumpy hotel for triple the price. He should be kicked off VRBO. Don’t book here!"
