"Our recent experience at the property was highly positive. The front desk staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and courtesy, and the available dining options were impressive. The arcade and water park provided enjoyable activities for all age groups. The only area for improvement identified was the functionality of the television in our room; however, all other aspects of our stay were thoroughly satisfactory."

"Was first time for me and my family staying in a nice resort, it was a very pleasant experience. We didn’t have to drive to eat in a restaurant or to go to the beach, resort have good, reasonable priced restaurants, board walk and beach within walking distance. We stayed in south tower, rooms were clean but the view was not all that because we didn’t get rooms with full ocean view, we got no view of the ocean, I think if we have gotten a full ocean view we would enjoyed our stay more. "We had a good stay at Berkeley Hotel. The property is clean and the amenities are great. We didn’t get to use the gym or the pool, but the proximity to the beach is fantastic. Some areas for improvement: 1) Better training for staff - On two separate occasions, we were dealing with two staff members who were very friendly but didn’t really know what they were doing (front desk and pool). 2) Towels for the beach. Our group consisted of women from LA and Vegas, and we all took the NJT train from NY Penn. None of us had beach towels, and the hotel’s policy of not bringing hotel towels to the beach posed a huge inconvenience for us. 3) Bell service and doormen - when we arrived (via Uber from the NJT station), no one greeted us, or offered assistance with our luggage, despite there being 3 gentlemen sitting around by the front doors. Not a great first impression. "
