"I have stayed at Ocean many times and have always enjoyed my stay, even when it was previously Revel. But, I haven’t been back in over a year. The beds now are soooo uncomfortable, it was my only negative. They really need to reevaluate that."

"Room was nice. Was not happy with checking in the staff member was too busy talking on his phone through his iPods then to actually explain anything to us or even acknowledge he was waiting on us. Valet was great and very fast"

"Property was clean, staff good, breakfast good. Margarita restaurant food was bad."

"Wallpaper peeling above window with mold growing, mold growing in the bathtubs’s caulk. Tissue box broken off the front of the vanity."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Jersey City. The rooms are clean and the complimentary breakfast is also great. It's close to many public transport options. The elevators get quite busy in the morning rush to get to breakfast on the terrace and to get down to the lobby, so make sure you leave a few minutes ahead of time if you have a train or bus to catch!"

"Very reasonable price, easy access to public transport into NY, friendly and helpful staff, very sanitary and decent buffet breakfast for the hotel price."
