"The hot breakfast we very good with lots of options. The room and entire building was clean and quiet, if you get a room on the back side of the hotel. I can't comment on how quiet is was on the side facing the road. Overall it was excellent, but the only minor complaint I might have is that the AC/Heat unit was difficult to control. There is a wall thermostat, but within the span of just a couple of minutes, the AC/Heat unit may go from blowing very cold AC to heat. I realize the point is to keep the room at that desired temp, but it was cold outside, and when blowing AC it was "drafty" in the room, with cold air blowing around. My point is the thermostat could be less "touchy". I also overheard someone mentioning the same thing when I was at breakfast."

"Our 2 bedroom suite with disabled accessible bathroom was superb. Our only suggestion would be that since standing water from the shower does not drain away completely, having a squeegee mop of some sort in the bathroom would be helpful - either that or having the drain in the bathroom actually drain all of the water would be good. But really everything at the hotel was outstanding and very disabled-friendly."

"Wonderful floor to ceiling views of the Navesink River in a pleasing room. Staff at the restaurant and bar were wonderful. And Red Bank and area are worth a trip. Great energy and fun shows at the Basie Center."

"Room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. Everything was in working order. Beds, pillows and beds were clean and very comfortable. Walking space at end of beds were tight if someone needed a walker it would be difficult but okay without. Staff was helpful and very professional and friendly. Free Breakfast was good and several options."
