"Between the 30 minute check in process, slow elevators, smelly and outdated rooms, never receiving extra towels, no towels in the pool area, brown water in the shower, staff lied about other available rooms, mini fridge made food cold 1 day and the next minute it was hot, keys deactivating often, extended wait time to get help from the front desk in person and over the phone,requested to speak with manager and she was not there and know one else stood in to say im the MOD or Supervisor just she is NOT here, just over all a crappy experience."

"Customer service there are rude. No microwave big red flag. What if you take stuff for your kids to hot 🙄 Room dirty, I call that a light broken a when I left the room then the came a change it without my consent, what if I been missing item 🙄 never going back here "

"Overall the property was clean, lively, unlike the room which was dated. A lot of wear and tear to the furniture. The room did not match the rest of the property which was surprising. Lots of maintenance going on at the property. The room was located on the 3rd floor near what I believe was the delivery intake. Trucks can be heard early mornings."
