Friendly and helpful staff, a wonderful place to be during Sukkot, we were made to feel very welcome. John the manager was friendly and ironed out a booking issue for us. Have stayed here before and would stay again in a heartbeat,

Lovely and very clean renovated room. Very comfortable bed and kettle with tea and coffee was very appreciated. Plenty wardrobe space and great shower. Good blackout curtains but can get noisy with street noise so make sure the windows are closed properly. Sweets, chocolates and nuts and bottles of water were left in the room for us and is a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast average but plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located by the First Station and walking distance of the Old City. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was more than accommodating. I highly recommend the hotel.

The Dan Boutique was a wonderful place to stay. Their breakfast was fabulous and they were very accommodating. I broke my foot the day before arriving and the ha a wheelchair I could use. That made my stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel is also in a great location for walking around and getting meals.

Home away from home in Jerusalem

We felt comfortable and well cared for from the beginning of our stay. The staff are all very professional and were helpful throughout. On the last day of our stay war broke out in Israel. There were air raid sirens and we had to go to the stairwell for safety. The hotel and workers were so helpful and accommodating. They did everything possible to make the guests feel safe and comfortable.

When we first checked in, there was a misunderstanding. We were two friends and had expressly requested 2 twin beds. The first room had only one queen. It took about a half hour for them to finally get us in the room with 2 beds. After apologizing for the mixup and being settled in our good room, we had a wonderful stay.

There is so much we liked. We treated ourselves to this hotel after staying in mostly 2-3* places for our trip. And the added feature of being able to light candles in the lobby for Shabbos was lovely. However we did have a couple of issues. One is that it advertises Airport Shuttle which is the main reason we booked there. It was critical to us to have this feature. We were told it has not been available since before the war!! Secondly there were things taken from our room and security was involved, even reviewing security footage, but it was not resolved and the things not recovered. Thankfully it was not our passports but just a note to be careful with your things if staying there.
