"The room was comfortable with a nice shower, lotion, tea and coffee, a fridge. I had a refreshing dip in the pool. The food in the two restaurants was good but the service was lacking, slow in one and sitting us at an unclean table for breakfast in the other. What we especially liked was we were able to stay in the room past check out time for a small fee. Much nicer than waiting in the lobby or at the airport. "

"The hotel is well appointed with a reasonable gym and pool. There are two restaurants an upmarket Thai ( i didn't use ) and the main hotel restaurant which runs breakfast and supper buffets plus a 24 hour menu with Western and Indian dishes. The lobby has a coffee shop, which serves a great cup of tea and cake or makes a lemonade from sctarch. Finally there is a bar, which serves substantial snacks and has an outdoor terrace. I experienced excellent service across the board, particularly from the Tease team of Nikil, Simanpreet, Kapil and Shiv Pandey who looked after me (as a lone traveller), introduced me to others or just talked cricket.
