"We booked the Deluxe RV Car, but the lock is broken. They rearrange us to the chalet. There is no internet in the chalet. The facility is quite old, but clean. The breakfast is good."

"We really enjoyed our stay, but I have to say it probably won't appeal to the vast majority of Western tourists. We really enjoyed the hot springs, the rooms are clean but basic. The whole hotel honestly is showing its age but still give our stay a five-star and it wasn't a problem for us. But if you are expecting Holiday inn or a Hilton it might be a bit of surprise. The location is quite remote which we enjoyed. We did find some heat waterfalls and some hiking within about a 15 to 20 minute...

Beautiful landscape, spacious rooms with their own private onsen and a great buffet restaurant with local produce and dishes of aboriginal cuisine. A great place if you want calm and tranquilty. It has a spa, a hot spring outside pool, great views and beatiful lawns were you can pass the time looking at the local flora and fauna"
