Grand Josun Busan

10/10 Excellent

"Hôtel bien situé et très bien entretenu. Personnel courtois et empressé de servir le client. Petit déjeuner offre un choix complet, sans pour autant exceller. Piscine avec vue panoramique sur la plage. Nous avions une suite qui nous donnait accès au lounge du 15e étage, qui offrait un choix pitoyable ( croustilles et fromage de type « Vache qui rit ») l’après-midi. Inacceptable pour un établissement de cette qualité et ce prix. Néanmoins, excellent séjour dans l’ensemble."

Haeundae Seacloud Hotel Residence

8/10 Good

"Arrived with a prepaid reservation and was told that someone had already checked in to my room. Had to wait until they figured out how to give me a place to stay. Ended up in a better room, location wise. Refrigerator smelled like it was soaked in kimchi sauce. Cabinetry was showing wear. You can tell the room has been refurbished at least once. Ac control is in Korean. Eventually figured out how to use it with Google lens. Very bright power light directly over the bed. Has a kitchenette with no utensils. No washcloth. Bed sheet was stained and had a hole. Room was very spacious. Had a great view of the beach and ocean. Had a charging block with USB c and two USB A along with Korean standard. Check in is on 6th floor. In order to get out of the hotel, you go to the fourth floor and cross over to another elevator. To check out, elevator to sixth floor, then elevator to fourth floor, then elevator to first floor. CU on first floor. 7 11 just outside the property. Don’t bother with food alert other than the produce store. Best way to buy produce is e mart in Haeundae. If space is what you want, this works. But calling it four star is generous. Ps, thumbs up to Expedia customer service for being on standby in case the hotel screwed me over."

Paradise Hotel Busan

10/10 Excellent

"clean room, awesome service, we had to switch rooms due to new reservations and the front desk staff notified us in the AM brought us the key and assisted us with the luggage. grateful for their service due to traveling with elderly parents with mobility limitations. locations is on point from every major attraction. highly highly recommend and definitely returning next year"

Lavalse Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Great view from the 26th floor! The breakfast was excellent, but it ended too early (9:30 am) The observation deck is a plus. They didn’t have a breakfast/lunch box service for an early departure so we couldn’t use the meal voucher or a refund. The staff is very helpful and try to make you enjoy your stay. There are plenty of places to have authentic meals."
