Extremely Happy “Easy check in and check out. sam at front desk went above his duty to make us feel comfortable and gave advice about things to do in busan. Extremely Happy!” - here is good

It was great! Check in can be kind of confusing since the desk is on the second floor but the entrance is on the first floor, but we did it with little trouble or hassle. Also, the (24 hr) laundry room might annoy some people, since you have to buy the detergent two floors up, and it's self-pay, two things I did not realize until I had already put my clothes in. I was, fortunately, with a friend, and she obligingly ran up to our room to get my wallet and then to the front desk to get the...

Excellent luxury hotel. Centrally located. Beautiful property, helpful staff, reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Coming from the states, we are so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a local hotel and not a big name hotel. This was perfect. The people who work here are so helpful. We needed to wash clothes and used our Papago App translator for all the signs (A must have in Korea for English speakers). The hotel is so clean and you don’t need to bring basic toiletries b/c they have them in your room, even skin care. We walked to the shopping area with street food several times and went there for...

easy check in and clean room! had all the amenities I needed as well! super close to the train station for easy travel! would stay again!

The property is wonderful with lots of convenient stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and great shopping location. Clean room, great staff, great location. 10/10

Excellent service, very clean. Provided plenty of amenities

This hotel was still very new, a little over a year old. Our room was very spacious and clean. The rooftop space was great with free coffee and water. The hotel also had free washing and drying.

It was clean and very friendly. Had washer and drier and fridge and freezer

Its a good location if you want access to public transportation. Check in and out is pretty simply and you can store your luggage if you need to. I enjoyed staying here.

Great location, laundry on site was an amazing surprise.

This is a really nice hotel in a very central neighborhood. It's a short walk to the Seomyeon Station so you can easily connect to other stations. It's also very close to Lotte Department store which a big landmark area. Our room was huge and very clean. The room was as pictured except for the overhead lights. The lighting was yellower and softer. Staff was very responsive via hotels.com chat and by phone. Getting to the hotel We took the train from the airport to the hotel. It took two...

Breakfast was great! I really like the croifle!!

Terrific location. Great parking. Tried to charge me for an extra person that was already included

Room was spacious, and clean. Bed was comfortable with queen size but would have been nice if king, however rare to get. Continental breakfast was fine and a good morning start. We had a little trouble locating the hotel as were other Browndots. Seomyeon Location was nice, and near Lotte department store, restaurants , convenient stores and subway stations. The hotel rate was reasonable and I would stay there again. Gimhae airport was about 30 mins away by taxi off hours.

Beautiful rooms with large soaking tub, shower and bidet in bathroom. Staff super helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

The room clean. Will stay again next time.
