"Our stay at the Grand Hilai Sun Moon Lake far exceeded our expectations. The welcome we received was warm and attentive, we felt right at home the moment we stepped through the door to our room. The view of the lake was breathtaking and the room was decorated so nicely. The General Managers and staff were so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. The spa experience was top notch and Jasmine, my therapist was so intuitive and had a wonderful touch. The Grand Halai is one of the best experiences I’ve had top to bottom. "Stayed in the capsule room, mostly for the experience. I don't recommend the capsule because it has an ambient light built into the side of the capsule and it was hard to block. The proprietress was wonderful and friendly and took very good care of us. Great location. We walked up the short distance from the boat dock to the hotel."
