"Hotel heeft ons overboekt, 2 dagen voor wij aankwamen is onze villa met 5 slaapkamers en een zwembad gewoon aan iemand anders verkocht. Terwijl wij al 7 maanden daarvoor geboekt en betaald hadden. Heel slecht afgehandeld ook door het hotel! Maar daar ga ik maar niet op door. Uiteindelijk super opgelost door Expedia met behulp van onze eigen reisadviseuse"

First when I called the hotel 1 day before arrival they couldn’t find our reservation and they asked to resend the confirmation email which I did send to the email they told me.
