The location Is excellent - almost on the beach ! The property lay out, architecture is unique with a well maintained garden. House keeping was very efficient. Has a good swimming pool. Good value for money.

The ambience of the resort is authenticity Balinese, with lovely gardens. The pool is nice, but the change rooms next to it aren't. The beach is so close, with lounges for free for guests. The restaurant is nice except the ceiling has water damage. The food wasn't great - for example, the croissant and Danish pastry at breakfast were stale. Same with the toasted tuna sandwich at lunch. However the Mie Goreng for dinner was nice.

The lobby and grounds are quite impressive, especially at night when the lights highlight the sculptures and ornate gold leaf in the lobby. Walking through the softly lit courtyard gives you the feeling of walking through the grounds of a palace. The staff are amazing. They remembered us from prior visits. I normally dislike the phrase "arrive as a guest, leave as a friend", but that it how the staff made us feel. They knew our preferences and went out of their way to provide every service we might want. The property is currently undergoing some maintenance that is needed to bring it back to it's full majesty. It's still very impressive, but when the maintenance is completed, it will be even better.

Wonderful hotel full of character, authentic architecture in a fabulous beach location. Breakfast had a good enough selection to please most palates. All members of staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was huge, bathroom clean, big shower, toiletries were very impressive. Only issue was the resident cat wandering around during breakfast and being allergic made this a bit troublesome.

Pros Large room & balcony Traditional style architecture Location is great, right in the beach The overall resort is very old and grand. Cons AC unit location not facing the bed, we were extremely hot at night time The room had a weird curry like smell. Only two power sockets and neither near the bed. Very small tv. Main criticism is the bathroom. The towel are old and stained. Curtain rail barely hanging up. Toilet has a weak flush. Overall the bathroom looked very ugly.

I was looking for a beach resort with a swim up bar close to the beach. Exactly what I got . From the moment we arrived it felt like another world of relaxation. It may not be as new as a couple of resorts are , but definitely has the charm . If we ever get the chance to come back to Bali, I’ll be staying here again.

We only stayed here for 1 night before flying out from Bali. This hotel was a great!!! We loved the hotel architecture and our room was large and clean. We loved the pool and the long sandy beach that was fantastic for swimming, yet had no crowds and was peaceful (surprising considering the closeness to the airport). Swim up bar with happy hour cocktails and a very friendly/helpful barman. Very good seafood restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was OK but could have had more variety- needs a coffee machine. We would recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back for a longer stay

This hotel is an ideal value-for-money spot to stay for a few days either upon arrival or before departure – whether you want to hit the fish market and beachfront seafood restaurants, explore the sights in this part of the island, or simply soak up everyday Jimbaran life. Pros: Despite its age, the hotel is well-maintained. Rooms and fixtures are in decent condition. The grounds are lush and green – the gardeners clearly take pride in their work. The pool is clean. The stretch of beach in front of the hotel is swept clean every morning, and the absence of underwater rocks makes swimming in the sea comfortable. Sunbeds and towels were always available throughout our stay. Cons: It's a small hotel – if you're after sprawling grounds, entertainment, or animation, this isn't the place. Breakfast is filling but repetitive – the same spread day after day. Also, occasionally you can smell smoke from rubbish burning somewhere in the area drifting over to the hotel. It didn't bother us, but it's more of a local issue than a hotel problem. Bottom line: We really liked it and would happily stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel! With its traditional Balinese architecture, we felt transported. The property sits on the beach and offers an enormous swimming pool. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the proximity to the airport makes it an easy first or last stop on any trip to Bali.

We love everything about this peaceful resort. The traditional architecture is gorgeous, the room is spacious, the garden is immaculate, the staff are lovely, the pool is stunning, and the hotel is right on the beach which is safe for swimming. It is great value for money . It is a little dated and tired, but for us that is part of the charm. The nearby resorts may be more modern with up-to-date facilities, but Keraton feels like the real Bali.

This is a tired property, staff are nice but not very with it. Sometimes get the room cleaned, sometimes not. Needs a major overhaul to bring it back to 4 star. Location was very nice and quiet, centralised between Nusa Dua and Kuta.
